Hot Stone Massage is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage.  The heat of the stones warms and relaxes the muscles very quickly and easily allowing the practitioner to access deeper tissues in a shorter amount of time.

There are two ways to use heated stones in a massage:

• Use them as stationary placement stones to warm the tissue.
• Use Hot Stones in massage to massage the cleint.
